Dogs are groomed one at a time, with plenty of fuss and treats, and owners have said their dogs settled here when they have not elsewhere. Tell Denise what your dog finds difficult before the appointment.
Point out anything sensitive, such as ears or paws, when you arrive. Denise works gently and takes her time around those areas.
